Introduction:

The Quality Assurance Policy of the Department of Economics at the
National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in collaboration with the Department of
Spatial Planning, Planning, and Regional Development at the University of Thessaly, aligns
with the overarching Quality Policy of both institutions. This shared commitment is
dedicated to providing high-quality education, in Greek and English, to students pursuing
Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral Programs in diverse fields of science offered
by the Department of Economics and the Department of Planning, Urban, and Regional
Development Engineering.


Program Commitment:

The Department of Economics and the Department of Planning,
Urban, and Regional Development Engineering are unwavering in their commitment to
upholding this quality policy within the MBA "Strategic Management and
Competitiveness" program. The goal is to ensure continuous improvement through the
implementation of quality procedures outlined by the respective institutions, adhering to
the standards set by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Quality Policy Implementation: To reinforce the academic nature and orientation of the
MBA "Strategic Management and Competitiveness," the program's objectives and annual
goals are promoted through this Quality Policy. It defines the methods and measures for
achieving these objectives and encourages the active involvement of stakeholders in the
evaluation and redesign processes. Specifically, the Department of Economics and the
Department of Planning, Urban, and Regional Development Engineering commit to
incorporating quality processes and procedures within this postgraduate program.

1. Quality Assurance Actions: The implementation of the Quality Assurance Policy
includes specific actions to create a framework within which the postgraduate
program operates.
2. Resource Allocation: Efficient resource allocation is undertaken to ensure the
availability of personnel, funding, infrastructure, and equipment necessary for the
program's success, enhancing the program's effectiveness.

and in collaboration with the Foundation's monitoring body.

5. Publication of Information: Information about the program is published in an
accessible, up-to-date, and objective manner on the websites of both the
Department of Economics and the Department of Planning, Urban, and Regional
