The aim of the Postgraduate Program Strategic Management and Competitiveness with specialization in Competitiveness and Development Strategies is to train of postgraduate students in matters relating to the strategic competitiveness of nations and regions, for the staffing of executive positions through knowledge of the factors involved in influencing the design, implementation and effectiveness of development policies and, , the possibilities and limitations of the means of practice of development strategies, in the direction of the proposal of realistic and financially consistent strategies which are compatible with the development needs integrated in the development goals of the states and regions, in the context of a perpetual process of study, analysis, synthesis, participation and cooperation.
