Ioanna Glykou is a graduate of Panteion University in Public Administration, holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and a PhD from the interuniversity program of the University of Athens and the National Technical University of Athens.
She has many years of professional experience as well as in research and giving lectures and has published in scientific journals and collective volumes on topics related to state theory, policy towards multinational corporations, tax policy and competition and regulation policies.
