3rd Thematic Unit

The thematic unit "Space Economics" creates the necessary knowledge background to understand the parameter of space in the structure and dynamics of the economy and the behavior of the subjects of economic life.

The subsection "Economy and Space: Structure, Networks and Uneven Development" aims to understand the mechanisms and processes of structuring the economy, creating networks and flows and inequalities through the perspectives of theoretical and empirical, analytical and applied approaches.

The subsection is organized :

The subsection "Dynamic Structure and Development of the Real Estate Market" aims to understand the functions of the real estate market and the relationships that connect urban real estate with the urban environment, society, the economy, the financial system and the global economy.

The subsection "Investment Planning, Evaluation and Financing" aims to understand the fundamental principles of investment planning, evaluation and financing and how these principles can be applied to the planning and management of private and public investment.
